IMPLEMENTATION TIME
Approximate time needed to prepare the order for shipment. Only working days count, until Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, until delivery. The order begins to be processed - in the case of collection - at the time of its submission. However, in the case of prepayment, the execution time is counted from the moment the funds are credited to the account or receipt of a confirmation from the intermediary in transfers (e.g. Przelewy24 etc.).
DELIVERY BY DPD COURIER
The delivery time for parcels by courier "DPD Poland" is 24 hours - the second day after sending the parcel (the time given applies to 99% of parcels). The courier company "DPD Poland" delivers packages from 10:00 to 18:00 depending on the delivery zone. It is not possible to ask the courier for a specific arrival time. The courier company is not obliged to contact the recipient by phone before the delivery of the goods. In the event of difficult weather conditions (roads covered with snow), parcels addressed outside large cities may be delayed.
PERSONAL PICK-UP
We invite you to collect the ordered goods at Zebrzydowice 483 or in one of our furniture stores after arranging the date by phone. Detailed information about the location and opening hours can be found in the tab OUR SHOPS.
SHIPPING ABROAD
We ship orders abroad, whereby the shipping cost can be calculated individually - depending on the weight and country. In this case, please contact us by email.
THE FASTEST DELIVERY (Poland)
The order will be delivered as soon as possible on delivery - payable on delivery, as there is no need to wait for the transfer to be received on the company account.
An equally fast option is courier with prepayment and payment via Przelewy24.pl - confirmation is sent to the store immediately after making the transfer.
